According to THIS Britney is getting ready to release her 2nd Greatest Hits Album. The new album will include different tracks from Circus & Blackout and will feature 6 new songs.

"the new britney track is called “dirty girl” and its gonna be realllllyyyyy dirty."
It's also been said that one of the songs on the Greatest Hits album will become a single as well.
